Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business, Solution, or Enterprise Architect in financial institutions or large, highly regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as BIAN, TOGAF, or Zachman.
- Advanced hands-on experience with ArchiMate modeling and tools like Archi or Bizzdesign.
- Strong command of the C4 Model for documenting complex solution landscapes.
- Solid knowledge of modern software architecture patterns including microservices, REST APIs, Domain-Driven Design, and event-driven architecture.
- Practical understanding of Generative AI architectures and agentic systems (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent orchestration like LangGraph or CrewAI).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven ability to operate effectively as a strategic interface between engineering and management.
Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and mentor the design of business solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Define future-state business architecture and develop roadmaps in partnership with business and engineering teams.
- Capture value streams and business capabilities to connect strategic initiatives with technology decisions.
- Define architectural vision for AI agents within Internal Audit and their integration into the corporate ecosystem.
- Document business context and technical architecture using standardized corporate architecture tools.
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing capabilities and manage reference architectures throughout their lifecycle.
- Present and defend proposed solutions in architecture governance forums.
- Identify, document, and monitor technical debt according to governance practices.
