Requirements
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level, written and verbal).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Tech savvy (familiar with CRM, cloud services, desktop sharing, and VoIP).
- Proficiency with MS Office, word-processing, spreadsheets, and Google Calendar.
- USB Headset with noise cancellation.
- Primary internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Find prospective buyers and cultivate connections through email, social media, and calls.
- Contact potential and existing customers to create a pipeline of leads.
- Engage and build rapport with potential customers to determine suitability of products.
- Schedule sales demos and meetings.
- Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with sales strategy.
- Set sales goals and report sales team performance results.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
