Job Details

8–10+ years of experience in management consulting, Professional Services, business/process transformation, or operations leadership.
Strong experience with enterprise customers and complex transformation programs, ideally involving financial or control-intensive processes.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Proven ability to analyze ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
Background in management consulting, process advisory, internal controls, or risk (Big Four experience highly valued).
Understanding of portfolio management, forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery metrics.
AI-first and continuous improvement mindset with ability to apply intelligent tooling to consulting workflows.
Practical understanding of Operations, Finance Operations, Accounting, or Controllership functions.
Experience in fintech, payments, or data-intensive environments is highly valued.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Professional Services team across NOLA.
Act as a senior advisor to enterprise customers, helping them understand and improve complex operational and financial processes.
Own the regional implementation portfolio, ensuring predictable, high-quality, and on-time delivery.
Continuously embed AI and automation into core Professional Services workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
Manage regional capacity, staffing, productivity, forecasting, and services economics.
Develop stronger distributed leadership across PMs and senior team members, increasing autonomy without compromising quality.
