Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Minimum one year in previous role of New Call/Follow up Dispatcher II.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry and documentation.
- Strong multitasking ability, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high volume of events with a sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Flexibility with schedule.
Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day operational needs of Major Events per current requirements.
- Manage high-dollar repair approvals, service provider payouts, and internal/customer approvals.
- Coordinate response to serious incidents including accidents, fatalities, police impounds, and equipment recoveries.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of estimates and COD payments.
- Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and service providers.
- Proactively update all stakeholders and ensure correct billing is communicated.
- Consult with supervisors on issues and maintain adherence to customer protocols.
