Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems
- Excellent communication skills with a minimum B2 level English
- Experience with Python programming
- Experience with Django or FastAPI frameworks
- Experience with GraphQL or Rest APIs
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or AWS RDS
- Working knowledge of AWS stack including ECS, SQS and SNS
- Experience with CI/CD platforms like Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Circle CI, Travis CI, or Jenkins
- Familiarity with Docker and Celery
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration
- Write and maintain a full unit test suite
- Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code
- Write performant, scalable and testable code
- Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture
- Participate in active engineering design sessions
- Participate in interview process to raise the technical bar
