Requirements
- Solid professional experience developing web applications with React.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to work across frontend and backend contexts.
- Extensive experience with automated testing including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Sonar.
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application development and deployment practices.
- Familiarity with secure software development, vulnerability management, and incident resolution.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in multifunctional engineering teams.
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
- Backend development experience with Python, preferably using Django or an equivalent framework.
- Exposure to LLM APIs, Generative AI engines, or agent platform development (differential).
Responsibilities
- Partner with technical leadership to translate product and technical vision into high-quality, clean, and optimized software.
- Develop and evolve the Agent Platform interface in collaboration with product and design teams across both frontend and backend layers.
- Build, test, deploy, and monitor software focusing on performance, accessibility, observability, and engineering best practices.
- Design and implement robust solutions that emphasize maintainability, scalability, and an intuitive user experience.
- Develop comprehensive automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels to ensure production reliability.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, make technical recommendations, and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Review and improve existing code through pair programming and code reviews while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
