Requirements
- Expert-level Java (8+) experience with a focus on concurrency, performance tuning, and memory management.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and microservices design.
- Experience building and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong foundation in REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and gRPC protocols.
- Experience with message brokers and event streaming (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS).
- Proficiency with SQL (query optimization, indexing) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and Git workflows.
- Familiarity with observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant connector integrations and adapters for business workflows.
- Architect distributed microservices using cloud-native design patterns.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for multiple communication protocols including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and gRPC.
- Contribute to architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers on system design principles.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing to maintain system operational health.
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and SRE teams to deliver features and resolve incidents.
- Champion best practices including code reviews, security hardening, and performance optimization.
