Requirements
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
- Very good knowledge of insurance or banking process analysis.
- Experience with Guidewire (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter).
- Experience in the creation of technical and test concepts.
- Ability to prepare complex topics as presentations and decision templates.
- Experience in a project environment within an agile software development framework.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in English (C1).
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in technical questions regarding the expansion of the core insurance system.
- Develop various modules of the Guidewire insurance platform.
- Elaborate and implement detailed technical specifications.
- Create test concepts and manage test execution.
- Model and optimize business and technical processes through analysis.
- Manage workshops and working meetings with IT teams, departments, and project stakeholders.
