Requirements
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Subject Matter Expert within banking or financial services.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital assets, blockchain/DLT technologies and custody platforms.
- Experience with the Metaco / Ripple Custody ecosystem.
- Proven ability to run workshops and gather business requirements.
- Ability to design high-level solution architectures.
- Effective communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation, consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders.
- Analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Design high-level architecture and solution concepts for digital asset custody platforms.
- Prepare architectural documentation, recommendations and solution analyses.
- Provide expert guidance on custody operating models, digital assets and blockchain technologies.
- Collaborate with business, architecture and technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and proposed solutions.
- Support decision-making on processes, platform architecture and target operating models.
