Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking, finance, or credit sectors.
- Strong knowledge of corporate credit processes and financial products.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with analysis tools and project management software, including JIRA and MS Office tools.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level, Financial Business English preferred).
- Fluent Polish language skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops, translating needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Plan and organize analytical activities, develop project timelines, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain project stability and quality.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and process flowcharts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution, coordinate task delivery, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation phases with thorough analysis and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes.
