Requirements
- Minimum 7 years (prefer 10+) of hands-on experience in banking regulatory reporting (RegRepo).
- Deep knowledge of banking products, systems, processes, and financial data.
- Documented experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process modeling.
- Ability to analyze and translate regulatory requirements into clear business and data specifications.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on SQL experience.
- Understanding of data warehousing, reporting solutions, and data literacy.
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Availability for occasional business trips to the Baltic region.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement new banking business and regulatory requirements.
- Translate complex regulatory reporting requirements into precise business and data specifications.
- Identify automation opportunities for manual file-based processes to minimize manual adjustments.
- Participate in European Central Bank (ECB) remediation efforts.
- Model business processes and perform requirements engineering for reporting solutions.
- Analyze financial data, banking systems, and reporting validation logic.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional Agile IT teams.
