Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, with clearly demonstrated senior-level responsibilities
- Proven hands-on experience in banking regulatory reporting
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial data, systems and processes
- Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
- Strong experience in business process analysis and modelling
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear business and data requirements
- Strong understanding of reporting rules, validation logic and supervisory expectations
- Strong SQL skills
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong experience working in Agile environments
- Fluent professional English
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Analyse and support the implementation of new business and regulatory reporting requirements
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear business, functional and data requirements
- Analyse existing regulatory reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive the automation of manual and file-based reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual adjustments and improve reporting quality
- Support ECB remediation initiatives
- Perform business process analysis and modelling
- Analyse financial datasets, reporting rules, validation logic and data flows
- Work closely with Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data and IT stakeholders
- Support the delivery of sustainable, compliant and efficient regulatory reporting solutions
