Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in business analysis within banking regulatory reporting (Baltic or EU banking environment).
- Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of banking products, financial data, systems, and operational processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and business process modeling.
- Proven capability to translate complex datasets, statistical concepts, and reporting rules into clear business requirements.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and Data Literacy.
- Practical experience in Agile environments using Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level).
- Practical knowledge of BCBS 239 principles (preferred).
- Direct experience with ECB remediation initiatives (preferred).
- Background in large-scale finance or banking transformation projects (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement complex regulatory requirements.
- Drive the automation of manual file-based processes.
- Minimize manual adjustments in reporting processes.
- Support ECB remediation activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Business and IT stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, scalable, and automated reporting solutions.
