Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Proxy Product Owner, or comparable technical product role.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON and backend integrations.
- Hands-on experience using Postman and reading Swagger / OpenAPI documentation.
- Good knowledge of relational databases and ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently with incomplete requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and understand technical architecture.
- Experience with backlog management, requirements analysis and stakeholder communication.
- Good working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Experience using visual collaboration tools such as Miro or Excalidraw.
- Fluent, business-level English.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key link between business stakeholders and the backend engineering team.
- Analyse complex business processes and rules across different insurance products.
- Turn business needs into clear requirements, specifications, user stories and technical tasks.
- Own, refine and prioritise the backlog, balancing new partner requirements with bug fixes.
- Analyse REST APIs, endpoints, JSON payloads and integration flows.
- Use Postman, API documentation and SQL queries to investigate issues and validate system behaviour.
- Support root-cause analysis of production problems and triage incidents.
- Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
