Requirements
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (C1).
- Very good English language skills (C1).
- Experience in the analysis of insurance-specific or banking processes.
- Experience in the creation of technical and test concepts.
- Experience in preparing topics as presentations and decision templates.
- Experience working in project environments and software development within an agile framework.
- Strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in technical matters regarding the expansion of the core system.
- Develop various modules for the Guidewire core insurance system.
- Elaborate and implement technical specifications.
- Create test concepts and execute testing.
- Model and optimize business and technical processes.
- Analyze the application of new technical possibilities.
- Manage workshops and working meetings with IT and departments.
