Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects.
- Very strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter (required).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of business processes within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Very good command of the English language (C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions within Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Create user stories, map business processes, and write functional specifications.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Support testing and validation of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with international project teams.
