Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise software development.
- Very good knowledge of Java and Jakarta EE.
- Very good knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Experience in designing architectures for large and complex systems.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with Azure, CI/CD, and Docker.
- Practical experience with AI tools supporting development.
- Ability to make technical decisions balancing technical and business aspects.
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical and business teams.
- Strong English (B2) and Polish (C2) language skills.
Responsibilities
- Co-create and develop product architecture.
- Make technical decisions across multiple teams.
- Design solutions focusing on scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Modernize large enterprise systems towards cloud-native architecture.
- Design and develop front-end architecture using React and TypeScript.
- Define technical standards, patterns, and reusable components.
- Develop solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Utilize Azure, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
- Implement AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and MCP into the software development process.
- Identify and reduce technical debt, perform code/design reviews, and mentor team members.
