Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, Lead Software Engineer, or Senior Software Engineer with strong technical ownership.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing architectural decisions.
- Strong hands-on expertise in PHP, Java, and Go.
- Solid experience designing and developing backend services, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database concepts.
- Proven experience with performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful and/or B2B APIs.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Experience working with AWS and cloud-based environments.
- Strong experience with Git and GitHub.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the technical vision, architecture, and design of the platform.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services, distributed systems, and B2B APIs.
- Make critical technical decisions around scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with the long-term technology strategy.
- Drive the migration and modernization of services from PHP and Java to Go.
- Define and promote engineering standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers through code reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for complex initiatives and critical production incidents.
