Requirements
- Genuinely senior engineer with ability to lead and earn trust through consistent high-quality delivery.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, comfortable with both back-end and front-end.
- Strong technical background in Python and Node.js.
- Deep expertise in AWS services, specifically RDS, S3, and Cognito.
- Practical experience with AI and enterprise LLM-API integration, custom LLMs, and agent building.
- Instinct for secure, multi-tenant, regulated-workload design including encryption and role-based access.
- Data-literate with strong analytical skills to reach correct conclusions before implementation.
- Previous experience in a technical lead capacity managing a small team of engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of six engineers through hands-on system design, coding, and code reviews.
- Own code review for team pull requests in Node.js and Python across back-end and front-end.
- Ensure understanding of root causes and architectural approaches prior to implementation.
- Manage AWS foundations including RDS/S3 encryption, logical tenant isolation, and Cognito identity.
- Implement secure LLM-integration patterns using enterprise APIs while ensuring explainability and audit-trail integrity.
- Coordinate with the Product Owner to improve delivery speed and system understanding.
