- Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, or ERP-integrated SaaS (Big plus).
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from ambiguity to production delivery.
- Strong judgment in verification discipline.
- Experience designing testable solutions for high-consequence business logic.
- Proven effectiveness in fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed environments.
- Demonstrated autonomy and disciplined self-direction.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver complex, high-value features across the platform ensuring scalability and observability.
- Lead the integration of AI workflows to improve team throughput without compromising quality.
- Protect system integrity by identifying technical tradeoffs and choosing designs that reduce long-term complexity.
- Decompose vague requirements into staged execution plans to reduce risk.
- Drive the engineering of automated validation frameworks to verify code against US GAAP and IFRS logic.
- Translate technical debt and architectural choices into clear business consequences for stakeholders.
- Improve code quality by refactoring fragile paths and establishing high standards for reviews.
- Anticipate architectural pressure points and resolve bottlenecks.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through design guidance and AI-native best practices.
- Own and deliver against OKRs and KPIs with accountability for outcomes and timelines.
