Requirements
- CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Individual NPI number.
- Active license in California (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
- Minimum 1 year of post-CF (Clinical Fellowship) experience in pediatric settings.
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
- Diagnose and develop individualized care plans using clinical tools and platform.
- Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement.
- Complete all clinical documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in required training and team communication.
- Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
