Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid professional license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.
- Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held.
- Experience with tele-health platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context.
- Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
- Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom.
- Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals.
- Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP.
- Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require.
- Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress.
