Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid professional license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.
  • Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held.
  • Experience with tele-health platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context.
  • Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
  • Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom.
  • Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals.
  • Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP.
  • Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require.
  • Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress.
