Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in experiential, environmental, or integrated creative roles.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership or Creative Director-level position.
- Proven experience leading large-scale experiential projects from concept to live execution.
- Strong understanding of spatial design, graphic systems, copy, interactive, and AV design.
- Exceptional creative judgment and ability to provide constructive direction across disciplines.
- Experience presenting creative work to senior clients and stakeholders with confidence.
- Deep familiarity with production processes, fabrication methods, and materials.
- Ability to collaborate across departments including Production, Account, and Strategy.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative management style.
Responsibilities
- Oversee creative execution across experiential work streams including environmental design, graphic design, copy, interactive, and AV.
- Interpret and steward approved creative vision to ensure consistency across all experience touchpoints.
- Define necessary internal teams and external partners required for project delivery.
- Guide and elevate the work of designers, art directors, and writers through clear creative direction.
- Present work to senior clients and internal stakeholders, articulating design intent and project evolution.
- Partner with Production and Account teams to ensure creative output aligns with budgets, timelines, and logistical feasibility.
- Collaborate with fabricators and AV partners to ensure craftsmanship is maintained throughout execution.
- Manage and mentor a team of creatives ranging from junior to senior levels.
