Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of general accounting experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and databases
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks
- Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow
- Invoice clients upon order completion
- Perform routine collection contacts and issue past-due notices
- Manage royalty entry and submissions
- Assist with year-end financial statements
- Ensure accurate and efficient posting of transactions
