Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant project-management, consulting, or professional-services experience.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing projects or significant workstreams.
- Strong project planning, organization, and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to operate an independent professional practice and provide services on a project basis.
- Willingness to attend client locations as required by assignments.
- Experience with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or PRINCE2.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end project delivery based on applicable Work Orders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against objectives, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project schedules, status documentation, and performance records.
- Assist with project discovery, scope development, and requirements gathering.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and organizational change.
