Requirements
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience in the financial services industry.
- Minimum 5 years of specific experience in Digital Banking.
- Direct, mandatory experience working within Credit Unions or Community Banking environments.
- Proven track record leading implementations on the Backbase digital platform.
- Demonstrated ability to perform deep-dive Business Analysis including user stories and functional specifications.
- Expertise in Agile delivery models including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Active proficiency with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex Backbase digital banking platform initiatives specifically for credit unions.
- Manage project lifecycle components including product vision, requirements definition, and program governance.
- Bridge executive strategy and agile execution using the Four Lenses model (Strategy, Experience, Technology, Delivery).
- Facilitate communication and resolve high-stakes conflicts between internal teams, vendors, and C-level credit union executives.
- Utilize AI productivity tools to accelerate project documentation, synthesize workstreams, and drive delivery speed.
