- At least 5 years of consulting experience.
- Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, and diverse clients.
- Proven organizational leadership, including influencing cross-functional teams and executive leads.
- Strong track record of problem-solving with a hands-on mentality.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to see the bigger picture.
- Experience working with global, distributed teams.
- High level of cultural awareness.
- Deep understanding of User Research and user experience facilitation.
- Practical knowledge and experience in Agile and Lean methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to design digital strategy and lead execution teams.
- Act as the cross-functional product lead for distributed delivery teams across multiple global locations.
- Partner with engineering leads to manage project progress, resource allocation, and corrective actions.
- Prioritize release content and timelines to execute against product goals.
- Define product vision, mission, and KPIs to measure and improve customer value.
- Communicate product plans, priorities, and status to stakeholders and internal management.
- Conduct user research and facilitate workshops to champion user needs.
