Requirements

- Proficiency in the English language.

- One year of contact center, patient access, or medical office experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with call center systems and EHR software (preferred).
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Field and resolve high-volume patient inquiries via phone and other contact methods.
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule reproductive healthcare appointments.
- Verify patient insurance and perform pre-registration procedures.
- Screen patients for financial support using real-time eligibility (RTE) systems.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality during all interactions.
- Provide pre-visit instructions and update patient information in the EHR system.
- Transfer calls to clinical nursing staff as required.
- Participate in ongoing training, quality assurance exercises, and performance metric tracking.
