Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
- Communicate product value to educate prospective clients
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Convert calls to appointments to meet performance goals
- Follow the designated sales process and confirm client information
- Log all activity and information accurately in the CRM
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure positive client experiences
