Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Some knowledge of contract law and ability to perform basic reviews of legal documents.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to provide excellent customer care.
- Ability to work accurately and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Estimate project costs and create quotations using Simpro ERP software.
- Analyze project risks and write necessary exclusions and notes for quotations.
- Input and manage information in the CRM post-quoting.
- Attend client meetings via video conferencing platforms like Teams and Zoom.
- Assist with project handovers to the Operations team.
- Manage Simpro project stages, including invoicing design work and deposits.
- Perform basic analysis of contracts and collateral warranties.
- Support the Design Director and collaborate with design and sales teams.
- Comply with the organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS).
