Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, or PMO leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale implementations, organizational transformations, or large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience developing executive-level reporting, board materials, and performance dashboards.
  • Expertise in change management and organizational readiness methodology.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence and matrix management rather than direct authority.
  • Proficiency with project, collaboration, and dashboarding tools including Smartsheet and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience in healthcare, oncology, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, Lean/Six Sigma, Prosci, or CCMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) and Program Management Office (PMO) by establishing governance processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.
  • Manage the enterprise portfolio of approved strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and resource constraints.
  • Develop portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and performance metrics to provide visibility into initiative status, risks, and milestones.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across operational, clinical, and technology teams to advance organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate executive governance processes and board material preparation in partnership with the CEO and executive leadership.
  • Establish enterprise change-management standards to assess organizational readiness and support adoption of major initiatives.
  • Serve as a program-management bridge between business development, diligence teams, and operational leaders.
