- BS/BA degree or equivalent applicable work experience.
- Minimum of eight (8) years in an information security role.
- Expertise in Identity Governance, Digital Access Management (MFA/SSO), Privileged Access Management, and Identity Orchestration.
- Proven experience leading an information security function or program.
- Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to lead technology-focused discussions.
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills, including experience with whiteboard sessions.
- Strong attention to detail for reviewing statements of work, quotes, and client deliverables.
- Vendor-specific certification(s) focused primarily on identity security.
- Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CISM, or CCSP.
- Experience speaking and evangelizing technology vision at events.
- Active organizational membership and participation in groups like ISACA or ISSA.
Responsibilities
- Design pragmatic Identity Governance, Digital Access Management (MFA/SSO), Privileged Access Management, and Identity Orchestration security solutions.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to identify security needs, scope projects, and drive business through proposal management.
- Drive quarterly and annual quota objectives by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure a consistent and comprehensive approach to security program execution.
- Facilitate thought leadership and advisory relationships with key client stakeholders through regular interaction.
- Participate in account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management activities.
- Represent Optiv at industry events and through social media to promote security awareness and the company portfolio.
