Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (graduate degree preferred).
- 12+ years of relevant experience in HR technology leadership roles.
- Deep first-hand knowledge of the HR tech landscape, market dynamics, vendors, and data governance.
- Subject matter expertise in talent management, L&D, and recruiting.
- Profound understanding of HR workflows including employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Specific knowledge of legacy system transitions, AI-enabled skills, and organizational ownership/governance of HR tech.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility with senior-level audiences.
- Proven proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, regionally and globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop provocative, independent insights on HR technology markets and AI use cases in talent management, L&D, and recruiting.
- Create innovative, objective, and actionable research offering advice on technology, processes, and roles.
- Track vendors, emerging technologies, and changing practices to remain ahead of industry trends.
- Deliver high-value presentations at Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings.
- Provide individualized, data-driven advice to clients to accelerate strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) community on research and innovation.
- Provide high-quality content peer reviews and mentor junior team members.
