Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Proficient computer skills, including data management, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an outstanding phone manner.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving approach utilizing analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with sales representatives and clients.
- Location preference for Las Vegas, NV area or availability to work from 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PST.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top designers, luxury showrooms, and sales teams.
- Manage the full project life cycle, ensuring deadlines for approvals, meetings, and onsite needs are met.
- Process payments, create packing lists, and handle returns or replacements efficiently.
- Perform meticulous data entry and ensure accurate CRM documentation.
- Coordinate sample orders for assigned territories and assist clients with web account setup and pricing quotes.
- Review client contracts to ensure requested product aligns with requirements.
