Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience or commensurate work experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with CNAPP tools (Wiz preferred).
- 5+ years of experience working with GCP and cloud-native services.
- Deep knowledge of scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Expertise in DevSecOps, secure coding practices, and application threat modeling (e.g., STRIDE).
- Strong understanding of cloud security architecture, Zero Trust, and network segmentation.
- Knowledge of security standards such as CIS Benchmarks, NIST, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and security automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive presence.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences or Business Management preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, GIAC, OSCP) are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead sessions of strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops for service engagements.
- Execute project objectives, requirements gathering, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Create and finalize project deliverables while performing peer reviews.
- Define and operationalize application security delivery plans, including secure SDLC controls and risk-based prioritization.
- Lead application security and threat modeling workshops covering secure architecture and remediation.
- Support business development through client discovery meetings and proposal development.
