Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project support, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1).
- Strong Excel skills, including filters, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, and technology environments.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with large datasets is an advantage.
- Exposure to IT asset management, vendor management, procurement, or contract management is a plus.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is welcome.
- Knowledge of Power BI, DORA, operational resilience, or regulatory projects is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Support contract-to-IT application and infrastructure mapping activities.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze data in Excel-based trackers and inventories.
- Assist with stakeholder meetings, workshops, and documentation.
- Validate data quality and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and project documentation.
