Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in Operations, Analytics, Project Management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience working with dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Track record of owning processes and projects independently.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or behavioral health is a plus.
- Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, or outcomes-based reporting is preferred.
- Experience with CRM or coaching/engagement platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Success leadership to translate strategy into operational processes and workflows.
- Own and improve operational workflows, including scheduling and program delivery structures.
- Own end-to-end reporting on client activation, engagement, retention, outcomes, and operational performance.
- Monitor program performance using tools like Looker or Mixpanel to provide leadership with real-time visibility.
- Analyze client and engagement data using Excel and Google Sheets to identify trends and operational opportunities.
- Build, document, and maintain Client Success processes and SOPs.
- Manage forecasting, capacity planning, and performance tracking.
- Define scope and timelines for cross-functional Client Success initiatives.
- Prepare documentation for external review, including payor audits and compliance-related evidence requests.
