Requirements
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or other programming/data-analysis languages.
- Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, backend services, or scripting.
- Knowledge of LLMs, retrieval, agents, structured outputs, prompt design, or AI evaluation.
- Proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheets, dashboards, or process mining.
- Experience with product specs, user stories, QA testing, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Proven track record of ownership through building products, tools, models, or internal processes.
- Experience in team leadership, athletics, startups, or high-accountability internships.
- Ability to travel occasionally for training, client work, or company visits.
Responsibilities
- Train and shadow with internal engineering and product teams during the first month.
- Interview client subject matter experts to understand existing workflows.
- Map systems and document business processes.
- Propose automation opportunities and write technical specifications.
- Build AI prototypes on the Makai platform with engineering support.
- Run rollouts of automated solutions and measure productivity and ROI.
