Salary$143 for 60-minutes intakes, $48 for 30-minutes follow-ups, $50 for all no-show intakes, $25 for all no-show follow-ups, $100 per hour for attending NP collaborative meetings and all hands meetings

Requirements
- Hold a valid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in PA.
- Possess 1+ years of experience in an outpatient community mental health setting.
- Expertise in treating common mental health conditions among college-aged students including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use disorders.
- Understand culturally responsive treatment and have experience with diverse patient groups.
- Comfortable assessing the urgency of escalating risk scenarios.
- Equipped with a quality video camera and a stable internet connection to facilitate virtual care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality, culturally competent virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments.
- Conduct biopsychosocial intakes focused on whole-person care with clear diagnostic assessments.
- Engage with patients through our collaboration portal.
- Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and on-campus treatment providers.
- Document clinical encounters for effective care coordination.
- Partner with our care navigation team to support students.
- Collaborate with campus care teams to create longer-term treatment plans when necessary.
