Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer or test automation engineer.
- Expertise in an object-oriented language such as C# or Java.
- Complete understanding of the application development life cycle (SDLC).
- Expert knowledge of QA testing techniques and the STLC.
- Expert experience testing REST web services.
- Ability to design and build custom test tooling for asynchronous and event-driven services.
- Practical experience applying GenAI/LLMs to engineering productivity and test generation.
- Experience with stress and load testing tools.
- Expert understanding of stubbing, mocking, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Write and identify comprehensive test cases.
- Design and implement robust automated test frameworks.
- Perform expert code reviews and mentor junior engineering staff.
- Identify and build solutions for automated and load testing.
- Analyze and improve the scalability, performance, and efficiency of testing pipelines.
- Design test plans and scenarios based on complex usage cases.
- Execute both manual and automated testing at unit, integration, and UI levels.
