Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects across the full SDLC.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Notion for project tracking and documentation.
- Demonstrated use of AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Copilot.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).
- Must be based in Latin America.
- Previous experience as a Software Developer or Technical Lead (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and API concepts (nice to have).
- Experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven software projects (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to manage workflows.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Own billing, time tracking, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams through coaching and clear communication.
- Create and maintain project documentation including RACI matrices and status reports.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Notion AI to improve delivery efficiency.
