Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Total Rewards (compensation and benefits).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Device.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong expertise in US benefit and compensation laws and regulations.
- Experience with grade structures, wage bands, and job leveling.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, data management, and HR information systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design and administer health, retirement, leave, and wellness programs.
- Experience managing change initiatives and process simplification.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation and benefit programs.
- Oversee annual compensation planning, including increases, bonus, and equity administration.
- Direct open enrollment, vendor coordination, and benefit plan renewals.
- Manage 401(k) plans and Family Medical Leave (FMLA) compliance.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and organizational alignment.
- Lead HR operations projects including systems implementation, workflow standardization, and HR metric reporting.
- Develop and execute an AI strategy for HR to drive productivity and improve employee experience.
- Facilitate change management for new HR processes, systems, and policies.
