Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of total rewards experience with deep expertise in compensation and benefits.
- At least 3 years of experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws, leave laws, and benefits regulations.
- Experience managing grade structures, wage bands, job evaluations, and incentive plans.
- Proven experience in HR process improvement, change management, and operational transformation.
- Solid understanding of HR systems, data management, and data quality principles.
- Experience managing health benefits, retirement plans, leaves, and wellness programs.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Comfort evaluating and applying AI tools to improve HR productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve global compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage annual compensation planning, including salary increases and bonus administration.
- Oversee benefits programs, open enrollment, and 401(k) plan management.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment and leave laws, including FMLA.
- Partner with Payroll and IT to ensure data accuracy and resolve processing discrepancies.
- Lead HR process improvements, operational transformation, and AI-in-HR strategy implementation.
- Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and compensation grade structures.
