Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of total rewards experience with deep expertise in compensation and benefits.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws, leave laws, and benefits regulations.
  • Experience managing grade structures, wage bands, job evaluations, and incentive plans.
  • Proven experience in HR process improvement, change management, and operational transformation.
  • Solid understanding of HR systems, data management, and data quality principles.
  • Experience managing health benefits, retirement plans, leaves, and wellness programs.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Comfort evaluating and applying AI tools to improve HR productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and improve global compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage annual compensation planning, including salary increases and bonus administration.
  • Oversee benefits programs, open enrollment, and 401(k) plan management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment and leave laws, including FMLA.
  • Partner with Payroll and IT to ensure data accuracy and resolve processing discrepancies.
  • Lead HR process improvements, operational transformation, and AI-in-HR strategy implementation.
  • Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and compensation grade structures.
