Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, enterprise applications, systems engineering, IT consulting, or business systems analysis.
- Experience taking meaningful technical ownership of business-critical applications in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience designing or supporting system integrations using REST or SOAP APIs, webhooks, or SFTP.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting data.
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience troubleshooting issues across interconnected applications and data flows.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, release, and change management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and operate in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical health and production reliability of a portfolio of enterprise applications across HR, finance, and operations.
- Design, build, and maintain API-driven integrations and data workflows connecting enterprise applications, internal services, and third-party platforms.
- Identify manual or inefficient processes and develop automation solutions to reduce repetitive work.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers.
- Lead or support root-cause analysis for production incidents to identify durable improvements.
- Support application releases and production deployments including testing, validation, and change coordination.
- Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, integrations, and technical standards.
