Requirements
- Associate Degree in Drafting.
- 10 years of CAD software experience, specifically AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Project management skills for medium-sized projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to travel for in-office activities, client and site visits.
- Comfort working in various terrains and weather conditions for construction site visits.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project staff on technical aspects of projects including cross-disciplinary coordination.
- Plan and oversee the quality review process of project deliverables.
- Provide a consultative resource to clients for project resolution.
- Strengthen and further develop subject matter expertise in design areas.
- Provide senior-level design review and act as a resource for technical issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project studies by completing drawings, sketching, or acquiring data.
- Promote efficiencies in producing quality work.
- Supervise and review assignments of less experienced staff.
