Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
- Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to travel for in-office activities, client and site visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking financial progress.
- Manage complex contract negotiations.
- Lead project execution by assembling teams, coordinating internal resources, and assigning responsibilities.
- Monitor project performance and ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Manage change requests and execute risk management strategies.
- Conduct technical work reviews to ensure quality and contract compliance.
- Maintain positive client relationships and focus on exceptional service.
- Document all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records.
- Mentor staff on project management best practices.
