Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Experience delivering beautiful, innovative consumer-facing experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma for daily collaboration with product and engineering partners.
- Experience working with user researchers to test concepts.
- Experience with mobile web is a bonus.
- Ability to work on complex customer problems and early-stage product development.
- Interest in setting vision and maintaining high design craft standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the patient matching team to deliver remarkable patient experiences for finding the right therapist.
- Set the experience north star for patient matching.
- Use interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills to build design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evolve product vision.
- Contribute to and evolve the Headway design system (Helix) for provider experiences.
- Contribute to team culture, process, and foundation to help grow the design team.
