Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Expertise in interaction design, prototyping, and visual design.
- Experience delivering beautiful, innovative consumer-facing experiences.
- Ability to work with Figma daily with product and engineering partners.
- Experience working with a user researcher to test concepts.
- Interest in complex customer problems and early-stage product development.
- Passion for mental healthcare mission and improving access/affordability.
- Bonus: Experience with mobile web.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the patient matching team to deliver remarkable patient experiences for finding the right therapist.
- Set the experience north star for the patient matching product.
- Use interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills to evolve product vision and build design solutions.
- Contribute to and evolve the Headway design system (Helix) to scale provider experiences.
- Contribute to team culture, process, and foundations to help grow the design team.
- Collaborate daily with product and engineering partners using Figma.
- Test concepts weekly with potential patients in collaboration with a user researcher.
