- Experience delivering beautiful, innovative consumer-facing experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Proficiency in Figma for daily collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively with product, engineering, and user researchers.
- Experience with mobile web is a bonus.
- Passion for solving complex customer problems and early-stage product development.
- Ability to set product vision and maintain high standards for design craft.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the patient matching team to deliver remarkable patient experiences for finding the right therapist.
- Set the experience north star and evolve the product vision.
- Utilize interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills to build design solutions.
- Contribute to and evolve the Headway design system (Helix).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and user research partners daily.
- Contribute to team culture, process, and foundations to help grow a startup design team.
