Requirements
- Senior-level experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design.
- Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences.
- Experience translating ambiguous business or technical requirements into clear solutions.
- Strong experience with Figma or comparable interactive design tools.
- Ability to create prototypes that represent realistic user flows, system behaviors, and conditional logic.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for articulating design rationale.
- Ability to work independently in complex and ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Ability to incorporate AI-assisted design and prototyping tools into workflows.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and clients to define problem spaces and strategy.
- Lead end-to-end product design including user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints to build stakeholder alignment.
- Develop high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted or no-code tools.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are technically grounded and implementation-ready.
- Influence product strategy, roadmap decisions, and solution direction in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Present design solutions and rationale to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Mentor and support mid-level and junior designers in product design and prototyping methods.
